Shipping and Returns
We will ship your order within 2-3 business days after the confirmation of your payment. Most merchandise will arrive in 7-10 business days. Please consider the extra time due to weekends and holidays when estimating the arrival time of your shipment. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are based on weight, size and the delivery address. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
All returns MUST be pre-authorized by Mrs Red and Sons Customer Service. Returns made without pre-authorization will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. No credit or refund will be issued past this period. Merchandise must be received by Mrs Red and Sons in the original packaging and in resalable (new) condition. Return shipping charges are non refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Please pack with care to protect the merchandise during return shipping so it will arrive undamaged. Any damage will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not responsible for the loss or damage of the returned products.

Damaged during shipping
Please inspect all items thoroughly upon arrival. If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately no later than 7 days of receipt. We will process a claim with the shipping company. They will require inspection so please hold on to all packing materials and items until further notice. Damaged items that are returned without notifying us will not be accepted.
